Prompt Thursday. Suvanears.

A tricky word to spell is Souvenirs.

What are souvenirs?

If you go to a seaside resort there are many shops that sell tacky, sorry, no, cheap shit, no sorry, strike that. Objects such as Elvis clocks, complete with swinging legs, sticks of rock & ashtrays. All with the name of the town branded onto them.

I don’t believe Elvis ever visited our British shores.

I love me a souvenir. They help bring back wonderful memories.

Of course,  on a deeper level what we take back home on an emotional &personal point of view can be considered a souvenirs.

Some people bring back toyboys,  & debt.
