Hello all Writers (Or publishers, friends and aliens alike) !
You would like a review, huh?
Well, that’s great because I want to read your book.
I love to read. Don’t you think it’s just magical, when you can sit down with a book and find yourself somewhere else for a few hours?
I started, as a child, reading Harry Potter, Enid Blyton, Jacqueline Wilson and Alice In Wonderland. In fact, when I’m feeling down, I still read these for comfort.
I have read a lot of books in twenty one years. Notably Allen Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac have had a huge impact on me, my life and my writing.
I too am a writer and recently had a chapbook published by Ugly Sapling Press It is titled Put Me Down, I’m Terrible.
I also have self published chapbooks available on Gumroad.com
Back to you, I accept unpublished and published works of fiction and non-fiction. I accept poetry collections. I do prefer a physical copy (if this is an option) I live in the UK, please be aware of this when you request a review.
My favourite genres are poetry, erotica, memoir and historical fiction or non-fiction. These will take priority over other genres.
I post reviews on Amazon (Com and UK) Goodreads and Barnes and Noble websites. As well as sharing the review on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and my blog.
I have a sister site, Huntley and Books. This is my primary blog for Children’s stories, Young Adult literature, travel and poetry.
I cross post my reviews on either blog.
This is also where you can find information on giveaways.

WRITERS I Need you
I am looking for writers to write guest posts on a subject of their choice and if you would like an author interview don’t hesitate to get in touch. If you have a release date or a book on offer let me know and then I can blog the hell out of it!
I am also the editor of The Reader’s Handbook. It is a reference book for all readers and writers independently published to connect. It has author interviews, reviews, poetry, essays and lots of books recommendations. Please mention in your email if you would like to have a book featured in it. I am also looking for brilliant first lines and last lines. Let me know if you know of any.
Phew. Now here is the important bit.
You can contact me through any of my social media accounts. The Reader’s Handbook official Twitter is @ReadersHandbook and Facebook page
Let me know a few details, tell me about yourself! and we can go from there.
I would prefer if you could gift me a copy of your book through Amazon, or have it sent to my Kindle directly.
Please let me know which social media you use, as I like to keep in touch, and help with any discounts, or deals, you may be offering.
There’s a waiting list as long as my arm at the moment, but if there is a particular date you would like a review by I’ll see what I can do. I am also happy to offer your book a spotlight stop in the meantime, or guest post. This blog is yours as much as it is mine.
I’m a writer too, so if there’s one of my books you might like a free digital copy of, and if you could write a small review on Amazon, please mention that too.
Let’s build some lasting friendships!
